Vellunor provides clear warranty support for qualified buyers and distributors. Warranty details are confirmed in the final sales agreement.

Standard Coverage

Our standard limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in movement, hands, dial, case assembly, and bracelet or strap components under normal use for 24 months.

Not Covered

Damage caused by misuse, impact, unauthorized repair, or improper storage.
Normal wear of straps, coating, glass, battery, or exterior finish.
Water damage outside the stated water resistance rating.
